Churchill Downs – Innisfil – Proposed Residential Development
SIRATI was engaged to undertake a Hydrogeological Assessment for the proposed new residential development in Churchill Downs, Innisfil, ON.
The hydrogeological assessment determined areas of high groundwater table, assess potential risks associated with the groundwater level to the proposed development and assess the potential impact of high groundwater on the stability of the proposed slope, as well as providing remedial options to lower the groundwater level together with conceptual designs.
