The site was approximately 26.3 hectares and was used for industrial operation by Navistar. SIRATI conducted Phase One & Two ESAs for the site.
Soil and groundwater contamination (mostly metals and petroleum hydrocarbons) were identified at several locations across the Site. A delineation program was conducted to verify vertical and horizontal extents of contaminants. SIRATI also conducted remedial options evaluation and made recommendations on how to address the contaminated soil and groundwater at the site. Risk assessment was also evaluated in areas where remediation was not practical.
