Manitou Wastewater Residuals Management Centre
SIRATI & Partners was engaged by R.V. Anderson Associates Limited (RVA) on behalf of the Region of Waterloo to provide Geotechnical and Hydrogeological services for the design and construction of a new underground wastewater storage facility located in Kitchener, Ontario.
SIRATI & Partners conducted site investigations for the identification of subsurface conditions at the site addressing geotechnical and geophysical characteristics of the subsurface soil. Some of the services provided for the project were:
- Exploratory boreholes and monitoring wells
- Evaluation of existing groundwater table
- Hydraulic conductivity tests
- Chemical Analysis of groundwater
- Quality testing of selected soil samples in accordance with the Ministry of Environment (MOE) guidelines.
