SIRATI was retailed to carry out a geotechnical investigation for a land development project in Georgina. The subsurface strata were found to be comprised of approximately 16~18 m of soft soils, underlain by competent glacial deposits.
A comprehensive site investigation was carried out, including CPT, SPT,PMT,SVT, slug tests and dissipation tests in-situ, as well as consolidation tests in the laboratory.
based on the above comprehensive investigation, SIRATI carried out a settlement analysis for different methods of foundation options and recommended cost-effective solutions to the client.
