SIRATI & Partners provides environmental consulting services, including Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) services for any location across Ontario, performed by a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.). These types of assessments are conducted in accordance with Canadian Standard Association (CSA) standards and/or the Ontario Regulations O.Reg. 153/04 and 511/09. The CSA-based assessments meet financial institution requirements for financing purposes. The O. Reg.-based assessments meet governmental requirements (such as the Ministry of the Environment and municipalities, etc.) for rezoning and building permits applications.
